Customer service / sales - what wording for job advert?

We plan on running a job advert to find a new staff member to replace someone that's leaving us in a couple of weeks, via: https://www.gov.uk/jobsearch
It is for the role of customer service in our business, answering phones, handling enquiries, emails, processing orders and so on.
As a small business its lots of small amounts of many different tasks. With sole responsibility for self managing so its not really a junior role perhaps?
Does anyone have a draft or some wording to help run an advert for this position. For example would they be called a "customer service manager" even though there is only them and probably an apprentice or junior helping them out in a few months time.

I'd trawl the ads for an organisation similar to your own and take the best from their ad and then add your own flavour; e.g. http://www.indeed.co.uk/m/viewjob?jk=f7f42d757ee68...
