Looks like you need wafer thin fingers and arms!!

Does it simply push into the fuel rail, and then you connect the thin and thicker fuel hoses to it?

Mine is a '99 4lt so I'm not sure if it's the same. On mine the pressure regulator pushes into the rail sealed with an O ring. It's the same O ring as used on the injectors, I add that info because they can swell in petrol duties and so don't always go back in easily. The O rings are a couple of quid from TVR Parts ltd

Used plastic trim removal tool to lever it off.

When replacing use new O ring and a smear of silicone lubricant.

Make sure it is square and the o ring does not dislodge, try not to screw it on.

Cheers guys - there is a rubber o-ring already in situ on the new regulator, so I am presuming a little bit of lube should help that on?

I am also presuming that petrol will pi$$ out when this is done?

Definitely needs silicon grease, the lead in is quite tight so the O ring needs all the help it can get. You'll soon know if you snag it as petrol will pour out onto your valley gasket
