Social media guru sought

Looking for a true guru, preferably small co, really must know all the latest techniques and opportunities.
This is for a new start up that we have the product just don't want to use the google slave approach to sales.
I see social media as harder for the carriers to move goalposts monthly.
Nothing planned till Jan but need to get my ducks in a row as they say.

what area of industry? It is useful, as say someone who is great at fashion or food social media, wont be as good at cars etc.

i.e they have to know enough about the industry to write the content that needs sharing.

No content just channel and technique management. IE the guru will ask for content in specific ways (blog, status,competition, linkbait etc) and place it.
I can't go into the lines yet as its not finalised ......
