Where on the engine would you find this please?

It's stamped along the top of the nearside block at the front of the engine, behind the water pump.

On the top of the block, near side as said, on the rectangular section of block just off centre adjacent to the outer studs, (nearest the bottom of the photo).

A TVR one and a Rover one
