Tyres (Rear) 265/40 (or 35) 18...Porsche 997

What tyres are you putting on your cars & where from?
I have a standard 10 year old 997 Carrera 2 3.6 with Bridgestones all round 265/40/18 currently on the rear.
I believe in the term cheapest is dearest as far as I can pay around - £300ish for a pair of Bridgestones which seem to last around a year or £150+ each for a better tyre. You get two great tyres come top: Michelin Pilot SS and Nexen Nfera SU1. I have heard the SS is great but I also have direct experience of the NFera (on my BMW 635D), as I replaced my awful Bridgestone RunFlats with them. They are really surprisingly good in all ways (not least about 1/3 the price of the RFTs)), as borne out by other reviews.

Then you should open up all the sites you list and search for the best price on the one(s) you like the sound of.
