2009 DB9. Just started that when in D I can feel the transmission slip and catch when slowly accelerating like in city traffic. If I use the paddles I don't feel it. Any thoughts?

I know the 6hp26 very well.

What's the mileage?

How many miles have you put on it?

Has it ever been serviced?

I have 28k miles on it. Had it in for 20k miles service to dealer in February. Had 19k miles at the time. I got no service records when I purchased it but has been trouble free for about 10k miles in my possession. I think a pre-existing condition or signs of abuse from previous owner/s would have shown earlier. I tracked it at about 21k miles.

Thanks

If you've tracked it then you must change the oil afterwards. This is standard ZF procedure. It's quite simple to change the oil, took me 90 minutes to do it if that. Changing the filter takes a bit longer depending on the size of the torx bolts.

Definitely change the fluid, it will solve your problem as the 6hp26 is such a strong box, 28k is nothing.
