[Ican]

If you want to express your views regarding parking you can rant about it here by taking a parking survey, which also includes some references to Congestion Tax.

I've just filled it in. I am all in favour of fining people who simply refuse to pay in car parks, or who block roads and double park, but I think it is terrible that discretion seems so rare nowadays. In the borough in which I live, the parking restrictions are listed only where you enter the borough, not in the streets themselves. This means that thousands of tourists and visitors are fined weekly, despite having checked for signs, or lines, and despite parking carefully and considerately.
