I've heard and read the official story...

Looking for some feedback from real people who have implemented such a scheme or people who are participating in one

We looked at it but there was some confusion about who actually owns the PC.

Since you are leasing it from your company, what happens if you part ways? We worked out that you "lease" it for a year at sufficient monthly amounts to cover the whole cost of the PC, at which point the company writes it off the books and you keep it. But ownership of the PC in the meantime is the company's which I didn't really like the sound of!

Evesham is proposing to do all the donkey work for us....

We did.

Mind you the tech admin people here generally couldnt manage their way out of a paper bag so you may have better results.
