Certainly not me. I can't imagine a poster on any bedroom wall that depicts an electric Aston. Name one person who dreams of hearing the buzz or hum of an electric Aston passing by.

I completely agree.
In my eyes anything other than a V12 in an Aston is a compromise frown

You must be referring to, what the marketing people keep telling us are, 'Zero emission vehicles'.

They have started this again now, saying how wonderfully clean hydrogen fuel cell cars will be.
Always forget to say anything about all that coal and oil being burnt, to create the electricity required to extract the hydrogen.

At the moment, definitely not....... in the future depending on how good it is and life circumstances maybe - however, it'd always be twinned with a V12 AM in the garage....

An important part of the enjoyment of an Aston Martin for me, is the sound. Not excessive, fuse in is just fine.

Electricity for a golf cart though, is appropriate. My gardener finds it very useful.

wouldn't they be better off doing a hybrid like that McLaren thing?

So you get the best of both worlds?

how about electric + generated sound wink PS: I prefer the real V8 sound of a Vantage N430 or GT4

I agree and I have a Tesla on order. They're talking about an electric Rapide which makes perfect sense to me. It wouldn't make perfect sense though as a Vantage
