Folks,
Never seen anything like this before it looks great. I fancy having a go, I assume it's ok to print this off in A3? And what weight of card / paper would be best suited for both the main structure sheets and then and decals ?
Thanks
I'd recommend buying some "thin card" to do it on. I've done a couple from the epson site, and printer paper is too flimsy. There aren't really decals per-se - the "decoration" is on the parts already. Never seen anything like this before it looks great. I fancy having a go, I assume it's ok to print this off in A3? I did the formula nippon racer above on A4, and it comes out about 25cm long, so A3 would come out about twice that, which is pretty large.
A lot of the thin structural parts (wings, suspension turrets etc) are double thickness, so you fold and glue them before cutting out.
if you're not sure on how something goes together, print one on copy on paper to practice with before doing the card version
