Just pulled the trigger on a manual GTS 2 and have had the DME report. This is the second of these I've owned (should never have sold the first), but whilst the first one had zero in every rev range (including 1), this has some in 1 and 2:

Dealer assures me there's nothing to worry about - pretty much it's just hitting the limiter, but some reassurance from the PH massive would ease my mind a little.

My understanding is range 1 and range 2 are just below and at the limiter, so I wouldn't be too worried about this.

Small number of ignitions - someone has previously enjoyed revving the car out to the red-line from time to time, as you'd expect.

Yes RR 1 and 2 are just limiter bounces would not be worried about that at all. RR3 I think is the first mechanical over rev i.e mis shift and I think Porsche now will insist on further investigation like a leak down test etc before giving a warranty whereas it used to be RR4 for that.
Sounds like a great car enjoy it - I have a PDK GTS and love it...great cars.
