Help! The interior door handles on my V8 Vantage have stopped working. Both sides. Is it a fuse?

Not a great look having to wind the windows down to open my door, so any help appreciated!

With three exclamation marks, this must be an emergency.
Are you trapped inside?

Try not to panic. The PistonHeads brigade will put forward suggestions, to help with your rescue. There might be an amount of off-topic, so be patient and you should be out in time for Christmas.

Try locking and unlocking using the key a couple of times, rather than the fob...

I was trapped, until I remembered that I could open the window and use the handle outside. Not cool though!

OK, so that didn't work - any other ideas folks?

The effortless cool of an Aston is somewhat hampered by having to wind the window down every time you want to open the door....

Does the central locking work? It may need plugging into AMDS, whereabouts are you based?

Central locking works fine. I do think it's electrical rather than mechanical though, as the passenger door handle doesn't work either.

Have a call out the service boys at the dealer, so hopefully they can point me in the right direction!
