As the centre locks off my 2015 GTS were corroded (looks like wheel cleaner possibly caused it), the OPC put new ones on.

I have kept the old ones.

Has anyone got these refinished? Easy to do?

You could get them stripped and re-coated (not painted) without any problems, but you're not going to be able to reproduce the lettering screen printing. Hence they are probably only worth something to a track racer.

What were you cleaning them with to get that result so soon on a new car?

Had a similar problem on my 2010 plate turbo during tyre change earlier in the year (19inch wheels).

Corrosion only visible once wheels were attempted to be removed.

Mine were binned by OPC.

Apply a ceramic/nano coating to the center locks to help protect against future corrosion
I'd recommend something good with high heat - Cquartz UK, Car Pro DLUX, or even a basic wax like FK1000p which is a high temperature wax.

Then use PH Neutral wheel cleaners. If you can't find any then auto glym "custom" wheel cleaner will be fine.

Nothing. Like that when I went to collect it (demo, 3 months old, done 4k).

The ones on my 5 year old 7.2 GT3 were like new after 20K miles. Definitely an over aggressive cleaning product.

Hi, did they replace under warranty or did you have to pay?
