Bespoke inlet manifold
Discussion
have played around with inlets over the years, and the style you have chosen looks great, but found the big problem is the route for the inlet pipe going to the plenum, as in trying to keep it away from the exhaust y piece with clearance under the bonnet.
how about something like this, I made tis to dnb`s design a few years ago for his griff, uses 2 Subaru throttle bodies, very responsive too.

Looks good Clive but mine will be fed from a single turbo. Eann Whalley is sorting the turbo fit so the engine bay will be similar to those he has done already.how about something like this, I made tis to dnb`s design a few years ago for his griff, uses 2 Subaru throttle bodies, very responsive too.

What sort of money are we talking for something like this Clive? Pm me if you likehow about something like this, I made tis to dnb`s design a few years ago for his griff, uses 2 Subaru throttle bodies, very responsive too.
I know Eann's kits normally use a FMIC but if you're fabbing a one-off plenum, have you considered including in it a charge-cooler too (maybe something based on Laminova cores)? That way, you could clock the cold side of the turbo so the outlet points straight up and have a really short run straight into a throttle body on the front of the plenum...
Well hope you have some deep pockets for that sort of fabrication !! It ain't going to be cheap !! Plus gearbox , diff, and finally drive shafts, who is doing the mapping , megasquirt ??
And then brakes , welcome to the world of hicost mods, kinda makes the smooth bore elbow a joke
Oh then injectors , intercooler, and finally water injection

deep pockets no. Ambition yes. And then brakes , welcome to the world of hicost mods, kinda makes the smooth bore elbow a joke

Modified T5 will do for the honeymoon period but a 6 speed box is next on the list.
BTR was refurbished and has 3.08 gears. Should be fine for a while. Injectors are already there.
Mapping will be courtesy of Dale at Bailey performance on the MS2. This guy is a magician.
All these people are now in team Dangerous and have been very generous in their involvement.
Engine by ACR, turbo by Eann Whalley.
We hope to show what is capable of a TVR with a turbo and teamwork.
Dave Mac driveshafts were fitted a while ago hence 60 foot times in the 1.5's
