Is that as bad as bad driving gets? Because it sure looks pretty terrible to me. Oh hold on, not that bad at all really. Looked like loads of visibility, two cars going at a snail's pace. What have I missed?

Really? Are you watching the same video as me? There is no sun in the eyes, bags of space, not a blind rise, technically illegal (if that is over there). But hardly risking all.

Plenty of space to make that pass, especially as both camera car and one in front are doing 30 mph.
