Hi James,

I have a 2015 model and looked at buying a 2014 model last year - the only difference if the matrix LED lights I think and of course the tweaking of the g/km so that the 2015 now falls under the cheaper tax bracket and is no longer in the £500 per year tax bracket......I'm sure there were other minor tweaks but for the life of me I can't think of them but I'm sure someone on here will......

Hi Lee

Thanks for the reply. How are you enjoying the RS6? Whats your experiences been like. Im missing my E63 AMG sooo much and the need for some more fun with a towhook.

The windscreen and front windows were sound-proofed which was an option pre-face lift but is now standard.

It's fantastic - great all rounder in that she's quick, fun and moves the family about in comfort all at the same time. I had an S4 Avant previously, just needed the bigger boot really and the deal I got on my one which was a cancelled order was too good to pass up.

I've got one on order for January. Worth noting that if you want a tow hook (which I do), then you have to stick with the standard air suspension and no exterior carbon. I wasn't bothered about paying for the carbon (went black pack), and I'm pretty sure the air suspension is the way to go for UK roads.

Didn't bother with ceramics either (£9.5k option!), but maybe worth looking for in a used car.

The performance edition is coming out in January, with extra HP, not much else. It costs £10k more, and likely less discounting. I am paying less build to order than some of the second hand cars are being advertised for, and you could probably do even better if there's one in stock.

Isn't air suspension standard as well on the new cars ?

Funny path I recognize above. I am swapping my S4 Avant for one (due to collect next Tues). Great deal on a stock car...and not grey !

Revo switchable box gives extra 100hp / torques (conservative) drops 0-60 to 2.9 and removes the speed limiter.....for £1,000.. Audi on drugs charging 10k for 10hp

Tweaks to front and back.
LED lights
Alcantara door inserts.
Better soundproofing.
Upgraded media, nav etc.
Plus possible other tweaks but you would have to ask Audi.

Air is standard. DRC option.
