I was also told of a company in Cheshire --- Surface Coatings ?? who manufacture the McLaren discs ??
I only mention this because I understand that SICOM are at the moment very busy with racing commitments so may not be the fastest.
The alternative would be to order a new set of discs at a time when they are quiet and return the old ones for part-ex once exchanged ??

Yes they can, they did a set for my Cayman R .... and are the reason I re-specced PCCB's on my GT4.
But if I now reach the stage where I think that my standard PCCB's are starting to wear appreciably, I will order a new set of discs from SICOM and just keep them by me ...
It does take time to refurbish PCCB discs ...

P1 discs are Akebono
Regular 650, 675 use Brembo/SGL discs.
SICOM is still very busy at the moment up until the F1 season starts. If it's on the shelf you can have them quickly, if not then you can expect a lengthy delay. This is not a problem for cars like Ferraris and Lamborghinis etc in Europe which are usually stored over winter but daily cars with CCB's like Porsches etc will suffer as a result of the delay.
Just though I'd give everyone a heads up in that respect.
