Mornin,

please can someone tell me the the minimum laptop/computer requirements for running the software allot of you are using to keep your cars in tip top condition engine wise that is.

Windows 98 and a serial port I think.

I run it on a 300mhz P2 with XP and that is totally over the top, it's not the most resource hungry of applications.

Old P2 350Mhz unbranded thing with 512 Mb RAM - no probelms at all. Apart from it rebooting the laptop every time I close the program - anyone else have that happen?

Yup, does that on mine too, a Sony Vaio PIII, using USB>Serial converter.

Same thing happens on my laptop, weird. Pretty sure the program will run on any low spec laptop, it's not exactly Half Life 2!

going to try it on my wifes this weekend, time permitting of course... if it works you can always pop over and we could have a tuning session
