Nail Mu-so anyone got one?
Discussion
Hi
My rather low end separates from my 20 something's got pushed out of the lounge a while ago, I think most of it is in the loft.
I saw one of these Naim all in one boxes yesterday and it looks like it would suit me perfectly.
Has anyone got one and is it what you wanted it to be and what you expected?
How would you rate sound quality compared to separates and what sort of money would you need to spend on separates to get similar sound quality?
Lastly but also important how easy was it to set up?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thank you

I don't actualy have a Mu-so, but did have a demo of one in John Lewis (in their demo room), and although it wasn't a perfect environment it did impress.
I think the Mu-So is about £800, but if I were looking to spend around that much I would be inclined to streach the budget a bit & try to get a second hand Naim UnitiQute and some decent second hand speakers. That's a combination which completly out classes the Mu-So and is only about £200 more. It's also the option I took.
To control the Naim products you really need to download their app, which so far as I know is only available to run on Apple products.
So far as ease of use goes the only remotely difficult thing is setting up internet radio favorites, but only because there are so many stations to choose from.
