Hi, just looking for a little help gents.
Looking to buy one of these, my question is, is the 8 speed/10BHP inrease on the 2012 HSE model worth the ££££ increase over the 2011/12 HSE landmark model?
The spec of the Landmark and ££££ saving is appealing unless of course the later model drives that much better.
Thanks for any help.

I have the 8-speed, which is surprisingly quick and very smooth, but have not driven the earlier car, so have nothing to compare it to.

We went from a 6-speed GS (60-plate), to an 8-speed HSE (12-plate) and the difference is marked. The new gearbox (and slight uplift in power) means better economy and smoother progress.
The only downsides I have are that I couldn't afford to go for the latest versions with the start stop which would have halved the RFL, and that there's a noticeable delay when I stamp on the go pedal to enter a roundabout before I'm pushed forwards.
