Smiths + Power rack + Cable cross opinions

I'm looking for a space efficient combination of the above. It also must be light commercially rated (for PT'ing) and be able to fit in a regular house - about 220cm max in height.

Any other known versions out there? Price doesn't matter. I was quoted £10K for the Hoist system but got them down to £5.5K. Trouble is, it's too high for my gym's ceiling which may mean a conservatory install but I'd rather keep the conservatory as a conservatory.
