Game UK - how the hell do you get them to respond?

Still got issues with my Fallout 4 pip boy not turning up from game.
It was out for delivery on Tuesday, the release day, but then DPD sent an update saying that the package had not arrived from Game.
Looking back at the DPD where's my parcel been, it seems it never left the Newbury distribution point of Game.
I have sent countless emails to,game CS, and each time get an auto response saying they will get back to,me in 48 hours, which is now long overdue.
On line chat does not work, it says no operatives available, the number to call just rings out and no answer?
Also I got locked out of my game uk account, which I was trying to,track the shipment down, and despite two password changes, it still won't let me log on, saying I have tried the password too many times?
Any one got any tips on how to actually communicate with them please?

It's pretty p**s poor in today's digital online retailer world don't you think?Surely a comp any of that size can't completely fall to pieces over a popular pre order item such as this?
It amazes me that they seem to hide behind an electronic barrier/firewall of questions designed to delay getting information and facts to the customer?
Are people happy to do business with a company that seems to,actively hide from actually speaking to customers because they may shout at them for the poor service they offer?.
Maybe I should get in touch with this man and tell him he needs to sort it pronto!

According to his profile he is the head of Game emea , with a turnover of over £1 billion, you would kind of hope he actually cares about his customers and his business!

Game are hopeless.
They emailed me to say that they'd cancelled my order for an elite controller, I replied asking why? They said my bank had declined the payment which I told the seemed strange as they had taken my money and still had it!
It's the last thing I'm buying (or not) from them.

Maybe try your local store and see if they can help? I never use their online services but I do use their stores pretty much exclusively for trading in and buying new games. In-store help has always been fantastic; not sure how much they might be able to help but worth a shot at least.

That's a very kind offer thanks!But it does seem as though they are going to deliver it today now, as I have had a DPD notification.
Still no actual response to all the communications I put to game though!

I don't know if Making comments about poor service on any of the mediums I mentioned actual Made a not of difference.Of course it's still not arrived yet either, so will be interesting to see if it does materialise today.!
