Burned Murcy

I have seen on web,many Murcy burned.!!!!!!!
sigh.
can you tell me why please?
i don't understand!

for example gt3 burned for an oil line .... 458 for isolation bonnet ... but Murcy ???
fuel hoses?
defects in project ???
