Painting LEGO

What is the best paint to use for lego? Built myself a couple of kits where I have replaced the original colour with a different one & sadly there are three bits that don't exist in white according to Bricklink. Not big areas, in fact 2 of the parts its only the edges you can see.

Tipex. At least then you can undo it easily.
