I have a lot of 80s vinyl my parents have loaded onto me. Nothing seminal, just some Cyndi Lauper and a lot of the "Nows" from that era.

I need something to play them on - i don't need a super duper jobbo, but hoping someone can recommend a good turntable model to aim for. Dont mind if 90s spec, or something more modern. Being able to buy styluses for it would be useful.

I don't need a phono stage, as my Cyrus amp has one.

Any suggestions 100 quid and below welcome!

I'd throw in another £20 and get the Audio Technica AT-LP60.

Pioneer PL12D with a Sure M75ED2 cartridge or a Dual CS505 with an Ortofon VMS10. Both should fall well under the maximum budget and give a good enough sound quality.

The PL12D will probably appreciate in value too.

Dual CS505 was the classic budget turntable of the 80's and still well under £100.

Plasticky but they are very capable little decks.

Or a Rega Planar 2 if you are lucky.

I had a CS505 in the 80s and moved it on for a rega planar 2, which I still have. It's going nowhere fast and has just been treated to an AT440 mlb cartridge which I like a lot. Unfortunately cartridge alone would blow your budget...
