I want to use it as a tool to check BD efforts are being directed properly.

I've used it for technical / operational screening before but never had to use a name / term.

Lots of people in a room, ideas generated on yellow stickies, collectively agree where each should sit on the matrix, take the top right quadrant and focus short term efforts there.

I have a feeling "Boston" should feature in the terminology.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

It's just a priority matrix. If you want to make it more sensitive, step it up to 3x3.

Use any kind of 'management name' for it and just watch your team's eyes glaze over.

Just call it after what it does.

I thought being able to link / attribute it to Dwight Eisenhower might capture the imagination of some and prevent them from glazing over.

You know, something a bit more real life than just management BS.
