Time to sell Rolex

My wife never wears her vintage Rolex which we have owned for twenty + years. Dates from about 1925, gold cased art deco styling. Fitted with a later gold strap. But where best to sell? and more importantly perhaps is it a 'good' time to sell?
It is in good working order but would benefit from a service.
