I'm thinking about changing and re-locating the expansion tank, can I get the same one that TVR supplied or is there an alternative ?

Original plastic expansion tanks are hard to find - I believe it was used on some Triumphs. maybe Stag?

Alternative is a brass one to the same design used on Mg midget;

If you have the pressure cap on the swirl pot you don't need a pressure tank for the expansion which increases your options.

I went for the brass MG expansion tank after a failure of the original plastic one (swirl pot/expansion tank caps debate been done)related).

I got one local to where I used to live from these http://www.mechspec.co.uk
