Hi, could somebody please help me and tell me how many calories are in this? I apologise for the vague quantities but I don't have any scales:
A large handful of pasta, 1 large bell pepper, 1/3 rd of a cucumber, 1 tin of tuna (160 g) A small handful of sweet corn 5 cherry tomatoes, 3 or 4 slices of beet root and a dollop of mayonnaise .
Thanks.

what is a large handful? a handful of a small child? or a 6'5'' male? how long is a piece of string? those are all vauge measurements. Look on the packaging for the tuna and the pasta, you'll find cals per 100g and cals per tin for the tuna. how big is the mayo dollop? we have no idea.

the tuna will be around 120cals. Everything else could be anything.

In the future if you really want to know then weigh out your ingredients (pasta do it dry) and put them in MyFitness pal. The two links below should give you a general guide of what certain foods look like at 100cals or 200 cals worth.
