Hi people. My car is actually a 99 Cerbera, but I believe the engine is the same. When I took it for a run today, it did not seem to be running on all cylinders. I expected it to clear after a few miles but it did not. Eventually it stalled at a junction, and would not turn over. I attempted to bump start it with a couple of passers by, but still the engine would not turn over. Does this mean a top end rebuild? If so how much might it cost? Im close to TVR Power in Coventry, and body got experience with them?

Sorry Nick, but it's a bit much asking for a "full rebuild" answer based on the engine stalling. It could range from the worst news or (if it was raining) could be water shorting out the HT leads from the description you've given.

That said, I am sympathetic and I hope it doesn't turn out to be a full engine rebuild.

Ocean, the Tusc forum's not quite as lively as the Cerb one. And especially not on a weekend... don't take it personally, bud. Fingers crossed for you here.
