Come on then, I have done it the past few days. Who has been out in their Wedge whatever the weather? Yes the hood was up and roof on, not a mullet, but it is always worth it.

I try and use mine as much as possible but once the salt is out, forget it....unless its really dry and no road spray.

Can't use it right now though as I'm having the targa panel repaired (not that it ever comes out the boot anyway!)

Haven't got the Tuscan either as that's having a respray. TVRless!!

I have been using mine pretty much every day for the past 23? years... On my third wedge though as they wear out eventually.

Took mine to the office last Wednesday. Would use it more but I'm not taking it on the construction sites and only have it insured to/from the main office work wise.

I keep mine roadworthy all year round and keep it in a garage. Only comes out when conditions are good and dry. In my opinion Wedge and rain/damp do not mix. Hence, the top is nearly always off.

My poor ole girl lives outside under a cover, Actually 3 covers..I don't mind using her if its going to rain when I'm out but removing wet covers and keeping them in the boot is not good..If only i had a driveway.....Oh well....Fingers crossed for the Euromillions....

I used my wedge all of 2013/2014 and I cant say I enjoyed it over the winter months, the heaters are rubbish, wiper not great and it leaked so since then I only use it during spring, summer and autumn which is really enjoyable. Mine is celebrating its 30th birthday next year so will have to do something special.

My heater is good which means top-down motoring all winter. One top tip is to stuff a rag up the passenger side cabin vent. Then you get the full benefit.

There are three things you don't need in a Wedge....A radio...A heater and a roof!...

Yep I'm with Tony on this. Mine stay ready to go but tucked up in the garage. However I did venture out last night in the dark/rain. Headlights are shocking so I need to look at that next year. Real fun trying to keep it in a straight line, I suspect some new rubber is in order:-)

As much as I love the car I couldn't imagine using it every day!

I used mine everyday for a few years in the nineties. The worst aspect was misting up in rainy conditions around town - the heater was fine but in slow traffic I could never get the heat/ventilation balance correct. An unusual feature to me was ice on the inside of the rear screen on the FHC.

I used a 350i as a daily car from 2003 - 2008. I used to carry a long-handled dusting brush for wiping the rear screen and a tub of Vaseline for plugging the gaps around the side windows on the move when it rained. I also remember regularly scraping ice off the inside of the windscreen with it snowing down into my lap! What brilliant memories I have of that time!

Today is a good day for Wedging. The suns out, the ground is dry, the sky is blue and the air is super cool. Put the top down, wear only a vest to show all that hard work in the gym and let that Wedge roll. There's nothing more refreshing.
