'British' SLK55 in Albania

Idly looking through SLK55 clips on YouTube, I stumbled across this;

Wondered if anyone here knew how it got there, and if so, was it legitimately?

Judging by the plate, it started life near me, and was last MOTd in 2011. Bizarre
