Possible to download data from iPhone Health app?

Since I got my iPhone 6 I've looked at the Health app from time to time and wondered if its possible to download the data its stored over the year?
Would be interesting to total up steps and distance etc but although I can see the option to link other apps to it, I cant see any way to dump the data in to a spreadsheet.
