There are a few on eBay from the usual sellers but quite expensive IMO. What happened to your one?

If you don't mind spending the money you could get a new engine built from the likes of V8 Developments or John Eales?

Perhaps it could be stitched?

I had a Bentley block (admittedly cast iron) stitched very successfully once.

It's worth investigating if your ally block could be saved with this process at reasonable cost.

just get a 3.9 rangy motor and swap the cam and the heads over, not that they did much to the 4 ltr heads

If the block is alloy and you are close to me I can repair that as atm I have a que of lambretta casings to repair won't cost a lot to do as long as it is stripped and clean :-)
