Can't help with the fit question but it does look nice, better than the Trek R from what I can see.

Looks good, but prefer the Momo Trek R to be honest. It's all down to personal choice and interior matching.

my trek r bolted on to my original boss, i think i remember having to drill the switch mount plate, bit it was quick and easy.

no need for a separate boss.
