Need to take it to bits first so I thought best get started.
All the floor bolts are out, the ones underneath the whale tail are yet to be found.
Petrol tank was easier than expected but the boot floor is now exceedingly clean!
Manifolds to remove next. I'll be asking daft questions soon when I'm completely stucksmile

Hi...I'm going through the exact same process...Do you mean the 2 chassis bolts on the gearbox tunnel, under the dash? I'm having ALL the interior re-upholstered, so access for me, was really easy.!

The most fiddly job, in my opinion, is the manifold(s)lower bolts(attack from under the car!) - Removing the 'Y' and the rest of the exhaust, made it much easier; also the swirlpot. The rearmost lower bolt on the passenger side, has to be drawn out with the manifold, as it will foul on it, and not come out...

Hope this helps a little...

Thanks for your support guys, that was the link to the recent thread I couldn't find which is going to help a great deal.
The manifolds took less than an hour to remove so I'm expecting real bad luck soon to balance karma.
Wrong gaskets in one side which wouldn't help gasflow also cylinders 1+4 are sooted so I expect the injectors are stuck open?

Put the seat back in to see if the bolster will look ok,
had to make a grp base for it as the old foam was glued directly to the transmission tunnel.
the whale tail needs a repair on the fibreglass so the cover is temporary
The stitching around the centre of the whale tail is going to be interesting
