Depending n the extent of the leakage (and general condition) that's likely to be a pretty expensive repair I'm afraid.
Accutrons are great watches and certainly collectable (although that's probably not one of the most wanted models) but servicing them properly is pretty specialist and parts are either non-existent or horribly expensive.
Certainly worth looking at to see how bad the damage is but you should be ready for bad news.

As stated, very specialised kit, though Paul at Electric Watchesmay be able to help.
Not a recommendation by the way, just a suggestion as I know he works on these things and also collects them/

Cool watch and worth saving in my opinion. Don't just bin it as parts for these watches are becoming rarer. The technology pre-dates quartz. Instead of a quartz crystal it has a tiny piece of metal instead, which you can hear humming like a tuning fork. They also have perfectly sweeping second hands.
I can vouch for Paul as he has worked on a couple of mine. I would be surprised if anyone in the UK knows more about electric watches than he does.

I get my Accutron done at Croydon Service Centre; it's not cheap to run but I've had it 45 years and still love it. Bit of historical importance to it as well, as one of the first electric watches.
