Anybody used Iridium ENgineering Vanos kits?

Looking at all of these kits from this page:

Will they be good for my M3 Evo? I've heard of Iridium a few times in the past but I don't know a great deal about them.

My soleoid pack went on my E46 and used some US companies replacement and seals to sort it. They look to be the same thing so cant imagine you would have a problem.
