Happiest/most uplifting songs

We've had threads before on songs that make you cry, but what about a song that always lifts your mood when you listen to it?

Mine have to be Mr Blue Sky by ELO (well most of ELO's songs cheer me up actually), We Want The Same Thing by Belinda Carlisle, and (don't laugh) We Built This City by Starship. What are yours?

Combine the two. Kimberly Rew (guitarist in The Waves) wrote "Going Down to Liverpool". Also recorded by The Bangles. Going to Liverpool isn't normally up there in the list of uplifting things, but its a good song!
