Is this a genuine Garrett turbo?

I am looking for a GT3076R and this has recently popped up on eBay. It is the turbo I am looking for but I am a bit concerned that I cannot see a plate or Garrett written anywhere on it. What do you guys think?

Garrett turbos have the name cast into the cold side housing so I would say no

It could be but with a different cold side housing. Did Garrett do a .70?

Nothing in the picture would lead me to believe it is genuine

If it was genuine, they'd show you the Garrett ID tag if nothing else.
