Well, after just over 2 years and nearly 7k miles I traded my 2007 V8 Vantage in against something more German today. It has been a good 2 years of ownership, nothing broke or stopped working and the car ran like a dream. It really was a very pleasant place to be and always felt like a very special, always looked awesome and driving it was always a "feel good about yourself" experience. Prices have held up really well over the past couple of years which has also made the ownership experience reasonably cheap.
I had 200 cell sports cats fitted to my car within a couple of weeks of collecting it and only had them removed again last week in preparation for trading in. Driving the car over the past week, even with the fuse removed, made me realise just how much the sports cats added to the whole experience of driving the car for me and took it to another level.
If I was getting another Aston, I would go for a convertible. I thought I would use the car in a different way to how I ended up using it so I think I would just go for the LOUD and topless experience.... maybe even V12.... maybe even in Yellow

Gone lightweight and roofless with a Porsche Boxter Spyder. It probably fits in better with the what I like at the moment.
Yes, cats are for sale and I am sure will sell easily enough, but I would encourage anyone in the future who was thinking about exhaust upgrades, back box upgrades or the like to consider changing to sports cats as a starter. They really are that good.
