Not sure how you can find out if Thomson are saying it was under 3.75 hours. Only other way is to go with an airline compensation solicitors. I am currently going through two claims using bott and co. I have won with Thomas Cook and they should be paying out in a couple of weeks and Monarch are still dragging their heels so the solicitors have issued court proceedings.
If you are after an EU261 claim, then the data will be based upon the OOOI (Out Off On In) times generated when the doors close. So, you may find that the flight "departed" when they said and that is the time that is recorded and the one that matters for the claim.
What times did you record? How did you record them and how accurate are they? If you want to make a claim on this, then you have to prove that their times are wrong and since these are usually automatically generated by the aircraft using GPS time signals as a source, then it would be unusual for a passenger using their watch and without a detailed understanding of exactly what the times are based on, then it's going to be difficult.

For example the Out of stand message may be generated when the conditions of doors closed, 2-5kts of ground speed and engine start is detected. It may be that it's just when all doors are closed. We use various messages to record the information, from ACARS messages from the aircraft itself, to the dispatcher sending a Movement message, to crew reported times on the ops return etc.etc.
