Anyone used Nitrotek?

As per the title - anyone used them and what was the service like?

I emailed them ages ago to ask a question about a Taigen Tank for my Son and never received a reply. Doesn't bode well for returns if I have a problem. Hence the request for first hand experience of them. Is this indicative of their service or have a fallen foul of the Christmas rush.

All I will say in an open forum is, if you do use them, ensure you only buy using a credit card to ensure you can invoke section 75 credit protection....just incase something goes wrong....

Thanks Kurt. Bullet dodged then. The fact they never replied to my question was ringing alarm bells.
