vodka for a gift

Lad I work with is leaving he likes vodka so I thought I'd get him a bottle budget up to £40 I suppose any suggestions at all?

It is actually quite good though, certainly nicer than Grey Goose and the like.

For the money, I don't think you can beat Snow Leopard

I'm a big Vodka drinker and at the £40 budget you're probably looking at Grey Goose but for a couple of quid cheaper, I've yet to find a nicer one than Belvedere (and I include the more expensive Crystal Head in that statement).

Why not buy British and get a bottle of Chase vodka? They do plain, or several very nice flavoured ones.

U'Luvka is decent and makes a good gift due to the unusual bottle. It's on budget. Not as nice as Belvedere but maybe more leftfield and unusual for a gift.

Thanks for the ideas he usually just drinks Smirnoff so anything will be better

Bison Grass Vodka is a favourite of mine, certainly in the cheaper brands as well.

This. I have 3 different Chase Vodkas at home.
They did a beautiful Rhubarb vodka a few years ago which has now become part of the range (the bottle I have doesn't have the pink tint that the ltd edition had and isn't quite as sweet, but the bottle on the website seems to have a pink colour to it again)

for up to 40 notes then Chase would get my vote - its the best of the potato vodkas IMO. If he likes grain based vodkas then your budget might stretch to a half bottle of belgua.

This. Has the added bonus of being excellent vodka. Much better than Greygoose or Belvedere.

ended up with the crystal head aurora the grain from north yorkshire sealed it as its where he is from along with dan aykroyd link and funky bottle it as a winner ive warned him on the gift tag not to mix with coke or drink it in a single weekend like he usually does

Just what I was going to suggest. You get the added warm feeling that at least a little bit of the price is going towards conservation of the leopard...plus it tastes great !
