2014 e class sat nav gone bonkers

Picked up a 2014 E220 as a daily this week and the sat nav has gone doolally, it can't work out where I am and seems to think I'm constantly off road. Anyone else had this, is there a turn it off and back on option?

Becker has a plug-in unit that slots inside the glovebox, whereas others are fully integrated with the head unit

Has the antenna lead come out?

So,can't see anything in the glove box so guess it's integrated. There is a cable in there that has different male connectors on either end that doesn't appear to be for anything.

Look how many satellites the unit can see in the options, under compass on mercs from memory, my guess is 0.
