Office chair for PC use and Console gaming
Discussion
I've been looking for a chair what seems like forever now, I can't seem to find one that will cater for both needs!
I'm looking at spending max £120 anybody got any good recommendations?
Spotted this and it looks ok, it would bug me though if I buy something and assemble it and I hate it.

Bought one of these about 6 months ago. Slightly above your budget but it's very comfy and helps get me in the mood for playing racing games.

It does take up quite a bit of space though.

I have this:

Very comfortable for extended Civ sessions

Playseat office chair if you can get one second hand.
Pros:
Looks like a car seat, even the base is crafted to look like an alloy wheel
Has removable pillar and plate for attaching a steering wheel for driving games
Removable arms
You can buy add ons for HOTAS for flying games
Cons:
Discontinued (i think the new one doesn't have the pillar and platform)
Not the most comfortable for extended gaming

I deliberated over the AK racing/dx chairs but I think the wings would annoy me, they are made for holding you in going fast around corners so you don't really need them sitting still haha.
I read up about that Ikea Markus and some websites say it is one of the best budget chairs. I tried it in Ikea but I found the seat quite hard. How is it long term?

I've had a Markus chair for a few years now and I can't fault it, has been well worth the money.I read up about that Ikea Markus and some websites say it is one of the best budget chairs. I tried it in Ikea but I found the seat quite hard. How is it long term?
I'm really skinny and don't exactly have much padding between the bones in my bum and the seat, so tend to find firm seats or those with little padding pretty painful (think same idea as lying on a bed with my hip bone sticking out) but I don't find it uncomfortable at all which is probably a good sign.
The Markus chair linked is without a doubt the most uncomfortable office chair I've ever sat on. They have virtually zero padding on the seat base. Those that say they're comfortable haven't had a chair that DOES actually have padding.

Take a look on here http://www.chairoffice.co.uk
In particular, look at one's where the arms are NOT connected to the back. You will normally find they have much more adjustments available.
Something like this for example:

I used one for many years, often sat at my PC for over 12 hrs a day, and found it extremely comfortable.
