Contracting out warehousing

We have our own warehouse and face a decision to either redevelop it or sell up. The first option is easily solved in terms of finding short-term warehousing, but the latter is a harder fix.

We have about 1600 pallets (stacked 4 high so 400 pallet spaces) and another 100 non-stackable. Our average stock rotation is about 3 months.

Any ideas on costs for a starter, and recommendations who to look at? Guess we are either looking at just north of London or Midlands way?
