Morning all,

I've seen a few posts in the archives related to improving the wiring for the headlights via the addition of relays and taking a direct feed from the battery / starter motor.

Is there a wiring loom available so I can simply plug and play or do I need to cobble something together myself? If the latter what do I need and how do I go about it.

Ta very much

Ian

Try googling for headlight relay wiring loom

This is the first hit that I get:

http://www.paddockspares.com/boomslang-performance...

Other hits include kits on Amazon.
Bear in mind the type you need will depend on your lights (H4 or H7).

Oh right, it's as simple as that, I thought it would be something Cerbera specific or DIY /custom made.

I'll crack on and order one.

Thanks for your help

No problem. The idea is to have the plugs that normally connect to the bulbs connect to the relay harness instead, the other end of the harness connected to the bulbs. You'll need a good earth as well as feed from the battery connected to the relays. I don't know if the kit I linked to will work or not, but it gives you an idea of what you need. smile
