Topic Removal - kodi / media box

Sorry mods - I don't mean to whinge in public but the email came from a no reply one.

My topic regarding Kodi / Media players was removed this morning due to the topic covering software that contravenes copyright laws.

If you read through the topic there are a couple of links provided confirming that streaming in this way is not an offence and does not contravene copyright laws.

There were no links to illegal software / content

The boxes themselves can be bought from any high street store and the media player itself certainly isn't illegal

The topic as a whole should not cause issues with copyright. It was also a pretty useful 7 page resource / discussion,

Would appreciate either a re-instatement of the thread or a discussion (away from here if necessary) around it please.

Sorry for the removal, we are erring on the side of caution here, we'll get the thread checked over by those in the know and if it's OK we'll undertake any edits deemed necessary and endeavour to reinstate ASAP.

I've flagged up the thread to bring to the Techies attention.
