Enough space for this rowing machine?

I'm going to start using a rowing machine for fitness rather than weight loss and have this one in mind:

It says it's 212 cms long assembled.
It's more than 20 years since I was on a rower and I can't remember whether I will neeed much space at either end - perhaps for falling off the back exhausted!
The room I have in mind is 3m x 1.8m.
Does 300cms give enough space to accommodate this machine?
It's my maximum budget - if anyone has used this rower - would appreciate any thoughts on it
